Shipping Information

Due to COVID-19 shipping times can take longer due to delays out of our control once items have left the warehouse. 

At EventGoodies.com our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver customers across the world, ensuring that we always provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you.

 

We ship some products from our warehouse in the USA and some products direct from our amazing manufacturers and suppliers located in Asia.

For items located in our USA warehouse the items are sent out within 1-3 business days.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts when shipped from Manufacturers outside of the USA:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination.

Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped you should receive a shipping notification with the tracking number within just a few days. Please make sure the email address you provided when you made your purchase is correct and make sure to check your spam mail as well if you haven't received your order tracking information.
